1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LinkBagel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkBagel provides a platform for users to create a personalized, single-page profile to aggregate and share links, embeds, and social media profiles. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must register using Google OAuth. You agree that:

  • You will not use a username that is offensive, impersonates another person, or violates any trademark rights.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Rules

You retain ownership of any links and content you add to your LinkBagel page. However, you agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Share links to illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or engaging in phishing activities.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others (including copyright and trademark infringement).
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to review, hide, or permanently delete any profile or content that violates these rules, without prior notice.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkBagel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
